Postage

Postage for single items is at the following rate~

Mainland UK £10 ( 2 working days)

Mainland Europe £10 (3-5 working days)

Rest of the World £10 plus any zonal surchages (an extra paypal invoice will be sent with the additional charge)

If an item is out of stock we will contact you within 2 working days with a revised due date.

Guarantee

1. A limited one year warranty is provided by XenonBallasts.com and is applied to all our automotive ballasts, and warrant these ballasts to be free from defects in workmanship and material. Liability will under no circumstances exceed the amount of it's original sale or the replacement of the defective merchandise.

2. XenonBallasts.com warranty does not cover merchandise failure due to abuse, misuse, improper installation, improper maintenance, improper and unauthorised repairs, alteration or modification.

3. Furthermore, this warranty does not cover any freight charges (except those listed in section 1 of the XenonBallasts.com returns policy), the cost of parts removal, consequential or subsequent damages, or normal wear and tear.

Any items returned carriage unpaid will be refused

Returns Policy

 At XenonBallasts.com we want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us; therefore we make our returns policy very simple. Our "no quibbles" promise means that if, for any reason, you are unhappy with the new part that you have purchased, you can just return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of receiving the goods, and we will issue a refund for the price of the item, less 15% handling charge.

This is subject to the following conditions:

1.Items for return are sent carriage paid (i.e. you pay for the carriage to get the parcel back to us). We will of course be happy to refund the delivery charge if the return is as a result of our error or if the goods arrived to you damaged.

2.Items for return (excluding those that were received damaged) must be in a re-saleable condition.

3.Incorrectly supplied items must be notified to XenonBallasts.com in writing by e-mail  within 3 days of receipt of your order. Once you have done this you will be given a goods returns number by return e-mail.

4.Damaged items must be notified to XenonBallasts.com in writing by e-mail on the same day as receipt of your order. Once you have done this you will be given a goods returns number and address by return e-mail.

5.All returns must be accompanied by the senders name and address, and a copy of the original invoice stating the reason for the return.

Please note that we can only process returns for items purchased from  XenonBallasts.com
